DHL International Incompetency

A parcel was send 15/02/2021 from Germany. By 30/03/2021 it arrived in South Africa. After numerous written and telephonic requests, I am still (19/04/2021) waiting for any feedback or the parcel. None of the telephone numbers on the internet are working. I finally found a number that sometimes works but not always ***). But even if you manage to get through and speak to someone, promises of follow-ups are given that are not followed up.
