DHL International - Horrific Service

I paid DHL R328 to collect a document from Wits University last week Saturday 15 August 2020. The document was meant to have been delivered to my residential address by Wednesday 19 August 2020. The DHL driver allocated my waybill number at the university to the wrong document. Today 25 August 2020 I am still waiting for the document from Wits University to be collected and delivered to me. I have called the call center multiple times to find out what is happening and when will the document be delivered. I want a 100% refund of my R328 paid to DHL International. The service is HORRIFIC! They have *********** staff who can’t deliver a service correctly. I will NEVER use DHL ever again!
