DHL International doesn't deserve space in the courier business

Misery all the way. My documents being sent from Scotland first gained a cardigan on route, which meant I had to be import duties on, basically, documents, as the cardigan is not meant for me. DHL unable to resolve the mess they created, I eventually paid just to get the documents. Then DHL decides to change the postal code, which means my documents (and cardigan) now on its way to an area with the same name, but in a completely different location. Now I am told it will take another 5 days to re-route it back to the address they were provided with initially.

My feet is doing the walking - never will my path cross that of DHL ever again.
