DHL INTERNATIONAL DEUTSCHE POST

I have had a shocking experience with DHL international. They do not mention to the customer that you should put envelopes in a box. They lost my envelope as I did not put it in a box. They seem not to cope with parcels under 2kg. It was the UK branch and I will never use them again.
