DHL INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

DHL international is really overcharging for handling and management.I ordered 11 items online amounting to $2,016(R31,231), To date I have paid close to R 7000 in import duties for 4 of the 11 items ordered. Today I got a call that I still need to pay further R3000 for 2 of the 7 remaining items to be released by customs, which will come up to R10 000 in import duties its import, Is it possible for the Sars to intervene and shed some light on this matter, I also just watched an interview on cbs news of the same complaint .
