DhL International
DHL South Africa service is pathetic. To reduce costs they had over their parcels to a 3rd Grade courier company , RAM Couriers. RAM has a dont care attittude and full of lies. Express parcels can take 3 days to receive after RAM collects. Dont use DHL Int to and from SA.

31 May 2023, 07:34You missing the point here , the issue is not your drivers or that of RAM's drivers, it's the attitude of RAM who believe they have 48 to 72 hours to deliver an Express DHL package even if the destination is within 2 of SA largest cities and in SA's economic hub , Gauteng. Unlike " The Courier Guy" , who will deliver the same day within most Gauteng areas if collected before 12h00.
