DHL International
I ordered a parcel from USA the parcel was given a written notice my parcel will arrive the latest Friday 4 December by 5pm..... the parcel was handed over to RAM for delivery on the 9.17 am on 2 December.... after two phone calls one to RAM and one To DHL I was assured my parcel would be delivered on FRIDAY.. after spending all day home nothing I phone both RAM And DHL only tube told only onMonday......I paid allot of money for this international parcel and this service from both DHL and RAM suck!!!!!!!!
