DHL ****ing me off

<p>i bought hair and was delivered to DHL on the 8th of December ! this is the tracking number: ********** 922!! DHL then requested documents which i prvided them with</p> <p>days later they claimed that the seller under declared the hair and that i should pay the R350 which i paid on the 13th. I still did not get my hair! everyday i call them they take me from pillar to post! now they are saying the SARS people must physically inspect the hair and they will give me feedback !!!im still waiting ....</p> <p>a friend also bought hair with the tracking number : ********** 465 and she is asked to pay R850</p> <p> </p> <p>the lady i paid is phumzile</p>
