DHL inefficient
I’m dissatisfied with the service received. My parcel was sent through DHL express at a premium fee yet nobody bothered to notify me that my parcel was stuck in customs. I had to call in to be notified that my parcel was stopped for inspection! To date there is no ETA as to when I will receive my parcel or update as to what’s happening!!!
