DHL incompetence

I have been struggling to resolve a query with them for more than 2 weeks now on a error they made on their side. I have spoken to about 10 different people, send about 20 mail got about 6 reference nr's. Still no luck. Their incompetence is mind blowing. I can't even start to explain the problems in this box.
