DHL incompetence
A totally useless, ***********, bumbling, I don't care a damn, etc. etc. etc company. DON'T MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY EVER. I keep sending them emails requesting invoices and custom's documents. They do not even reply. Useless, useless, useless. Queries are not answered, duck and dive routine prevails, passing the buck is obviously their preferred strategy. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I wish I could give them a negative rating because they don't deserve even a fraction of a star.
