DHL incompetence
Today is 9Sep. On 27Aug I booked & paid for single document courier from SA to UK via Transglobal. Document collected by DHL & then RETURNED TO sender address a few day later. Have dealt with countless people almost daily in attempt to get doc, have full proof of email correspondence with numerous staff. I'm extremely frustrated & never realised DHL so poor at courier service. I need this document urgently and it is not even moving anywhere. Stuck in limbo. Two waybill no's were created for my single order. *** & ***
