DHL - HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?

Do not understand how this company remains in business! Scheduled a pick up for before 2:30pm on Thursday 3rd Sept for urgent delivery Friday 4th Sept before 12. No one showed up to pick up. Called them at 4pm to be told it had been assigned to the wrong pick up agent (but no one had bothered to tell me). They also hadn't bothered to correct the problem and assign it to someone else - it was simply 'forgotten'! Was promised they would call to arrange new pick up Friday morning. No one called. Eventually I call them Friday afternoon (we're now two hours past the point the parcel was supposed to be delivered at the destination and it hasn't left yet) - they promise someone will collect. Finally they collect Friday afternoon. Monday morning arrives and the parcel (which was scheduled to be delivered the previous Friday, remember) is just sitting at the depot. No sense of urgency or extra effort going into getting it to destination. I call them (again - please note that they will NEVER call you). Am told 'it will be delivered today... some time. Well, now there's no point - it was time-sensitive and once again DHL have failed miserably. And yes, I mean once again - of the 10 occasions I've shipped with them in the past two months they've failed completely three times. Do the math - if my experience is the average person's experience and DHL ship 10-million parcels a day, at a 3-in-10 failure rate that means they simply don't deliver 3-million parcels a day! Shocking!
