DHL Horrid Service, they Lose packadges!!!!

Horrible service! my package was sent from Germany to Belgium. The portal is out of date with updates and no one in the chat from any region can tell me where my parcel is. They say the sender should open a case, which she has, but no response from DHL. The original post office also say they cannot see where the parcel is. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!! I cannot find my parcel! I thought DHL was an international and safe courier. This is not the case! I will never send parcels with them again. DHL, where is my parcel?
