DHL HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE Experience I am getting. my parcel has been on hold at customs for the past 2 weeks. no updates, i send them emails they do not respond. when I call them, they say they will get back to me which they never do. I've sent all the documents needed but still I'm not attended. I don't appreciate their service at all.
