DHL helped me get a refund after they wrongly delivered my parcel

DHL delivered my parcel to the wrong person and was unable to retrieve it as the gentleman who got it gave it away. I told DHL I wanted a refund and they assisted with that. It was a long and frustrating process but at the end I’m 100% satisfied. Itumeleng was very helpful even though I bombarded her with emails and phone calls.
