DHL have lost my parcel
<p>The order tracking on DHL's website shows my parcel arrived on 17-Dec-2016. The last activity was 27-Dec-2016 when it was sent to the local Delivery Facility in Pretoria. The parcel is now stuck there and DHL are unable to deliver it.... How can a delivery company not deliver a parcel????? Pa.the.tic! I tried to call them, I've emailed different people, nobody seems to be able to help, they don't even reply. I am shocked, disappointed.</p> <p>Dear DHL, just for your information this parcel was meant to be a very special suprise for my wife but you've missed our anniversay and you've ruined the surprise. If you don't deliver today then there is no point and the item will be redundant, so I will expect a full refund to the value of the item that I purchased, plus conpensation for the fact that you've ruined my wedding anniversary</p>

Thanks for the very polite response, but it seems you only responded so that DHL looks good on hellopeter because you've done nothing to sort out my parcel. Now more time has gone by and nothing has changed. This is extremely frustrating because according to your parcel tracking the parcel has been in Pretoria since december, so it is somewhere near my house, HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO DELIVER A PARCEL DOWN THE ROAD, are you not a delivery company, how hard can it be!!!??
