DHL has poor service delivery.
I work at a commodities trading company and have clients waiting for a parcel. Ref: GM ********** ********** 3653US / RX ********** 38DE. I was given the following numbers to call (011) ********** and ***. Ive called over the last 2 weeks and the calls ring for about 5 minutes and just cut. I asked a manager from the Express department to assist and she said the package is in Northlands and gave me their number, and as all things DHL related, there was no answer. Their lack of procedure is costing our small business and this is quite unacceptable.

Please note that these shipment do not transit with DHL Express but a more affordable service by Economy Service - Global mail . DHL assist’s by transiting these shipments into their destination countries, but upon arrival they are handed over to your Local Post office to deliver . You can follow up with Global mail directly on ( ***) to enquire on whereabouts or you can follow up with SAPO on ***quote your local tracking number rx***de for additional assistance with local tracking. Unfortunately due to Economy Service selected for these parcels, DHL does not have visibility on the transit of these shipments .
