DHL has become the laughing stock of logistics
After messing up tariff codes and damaging the consignment I look to be offered a measly "solution" for DHL's negligence.
In email communication with Buhle, getting one automated email per day that delays it to the next day, now for 2 days in a row - its become clear that these guys dont give a hoot about any client. Its all aabout pockets and how full they can stuff them while at their client's expense.
DHL has become the laughing stock of logistics
Close your business you dont know how to trade properly!
