DHL Harare, Zimbabwe is ***********

This complaint is specifically targeting DHL Harare, Zimbabwe. It's been over 2 weeks now since my goods arrived from South Africa. I still don't have my package even after submitting the dubious fee they made me pay and submitting an import license for a ****** purse (***** pack) which I also had to pay for. To worsen things, I found out that my package was missing after a few days of being in touch with them. The package mysteriously resurfaced.

I've lost time and money trying to get my package. I also have to ask when DHL should be keeping me updated. They choose to withhold information. The tracking information on their website is also misleading.

I made it clear from the start that they have my laptop which I need to work so I can survive in the hell that us Zimbabwe. That is why I had also asked them to remove the ***** pack because I didn't want to be delayed. They refused because they had to adhere to laws. Ha! Laws that we all know are partially app****. I was forced to apply for the license. Now that I've submitted everything, DHL still insists on being so *********** and inconveniencing.

I regret using DHL services.

Hello Avery

Thank you for the response. It's odd that I'm even getting replies from DHL staff members who are not in Zimbabwe. Here, they expect me to run after them for information on where my package is. I've been left hanging since I sent an email on Tuesday asking when I will get my package. I spent nearly ZAR20 000 to get my ICT equipment and clothing items shipped to me. I use that laptop for work and right now, I'm losing even more money because I can't work.

My waybill number is ***
