DHL goes the extra mile
I would like to compliment DHL for the excellent service I received from one of their employees, Carmen de Villiers. After having a bad experience with DHL last year, I was helped by Carmen who dealt with my issues and questions with patience and competence and really went the extra mile to sort out the obstacles that I ran into with my parcel.
