DHL global mail division is always on lunch or a tea break
Hi DHL
So for the past 3 months I have been waiting for my parcel to arrive from Germany your customer service from the global mail division is 0 I have been trying to contact your number provided *** and all it keeps saying is all our agents are busy your customer service sucks and I hope that DHL International sees this message and closes down the African side because you guys are giving DHL a bad name in the logistics market.
Shame on you for not having pride in what you do.
