I had an absolutely terrible experience , I am still waiting for my item after paying for express shipping , what’s the point of paying so much to not receive your stuff on time , they then charged me over 900 on tax when my item only costed 1300 including shipping and it was one item that isn’t heavy , correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that over 45% tax ?? They then told me on Friday that they accidentally sent it to the wrong depo and that’s why I’m not getting it on time and when I said that wasn’t good enough they said they would chat to their superior and get back to me but guess what they never got back to me and have no resolved my issue , I am still waiting for my item !!!!
