DHL fixes their mistake thanks to one competent representative.

I have initially been very disgusted with the team of DHL. My parcel was sent wrongly to America instead of New Zealand. It took 6 of their team members 4 weeks to realize they can't do anything to retrieve my parcel. I was very frustrated, dismayed and disappointed at that time.

Then Bronwyn Fleming can to my rescue! It took this lady only one afternoon to trace my parcel and make arrangements for it to be sent to the correct destination. She was so helpful and spoke with so much calmness and patience to me. She frequently kept me up to date and provided me with a new tracking number as soon as possible.

My parcel arrived safely at its destination ten days later. Thanks to Bronwyn my faith in DHL was restored. She is such a competent re-presenter for DHL. She earned my respect and a definite bonus from the company.
