DHL failed to deliver!

I paid R544.40 in customs fees on the 24th October for products I bought from Cult beauty, today is the 16th December and I'm still waiting for my parcel even after I got confirmation that my payment was received!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Now whenever I send an email to enquire about the whereabouts of my parcel the emails go unanswered!!! My ref is *** and I need feedback yesterday! I had informed them that I will be out of GP from the 8th Decebmber still nothing...
