DHL failed to deliver

Dropped off documents with DHL in Or Tambo last Saturday, with the promise package would arrive in Canberra, Australia on Tuesday. It was extremely urgent. By Wednesday, still not delivered, as they needed the address. I made contact with them on line, and gave them the same details. Went out on delivery on Thursday, but needed to know the address. So, Friday is now passed and delivery still not made. YET, no one bothered to contact me, and after three attempts to get this right, some one from JHB contacts, saying I have given the wrong address. A simple google search, tell the world EXACTLY where to go. Must I show DHL where to deliver?<br> Problem here is that the documents needed to be on the receivers desk this past week. Failing which, I stand to loose substantially. Who will cover these costs? Sorry, Mr DHL, you have failed miserably. And there wont be a next time. I just cant trust you.
