DHL Failed to Advise accordingly, now I have to pay excessive fees

<p>I proposed to DHL my scenario of having to either have my parcel sent by DHL to Namibia or to drive up myself and deliver the goods. The latter was more costly, therefore I requested DHL was to provide me with the solution to ensure the goods are delivered without the item needing to be seen as an import as it to be used for work and to be returned to SA once the work is completed. If I had travelled, I would have completed the DA65 form stating my item and potentially a temporary import license. In this way I would have avoided any fees. DHL failed to provide me with guidance to ensure the same result, but using them as the mode of transport. Now I am left to pay excessive fees.</p>
