DHL Express's shining star

I accidentally left something small, with great emotional significance, in a hotel room in Cape Town, and started phoning around to find a courier who could pick it up and deliver it to my home town, 6 hours' drive away. After a number of unsuccessful calls to other firms, I got through to Juliet Botman at DHL Express in Johannesburg. She was calm, warm, intelligent, helpful and remarkably efficient, going the extra mile with a smile. The little parcel was collected less than 5 hours later, and Juliet even emailed me to make sure that I knew this, and how to track it. Excellent - I cannot recommend her service more highly.
