DHL Express Useless Service
DHL Express: They are absolutely useless. Can’t even carryout instructions if it is handed to then in person. They also lie to cover up their mistakes and no one ever gets back to you always must follow up. I wish there were a negative star scoring available. Just in case the management, by some miracle actually cares the waybill in question is: *** The website is also useless and not interactive when wanting to change delivery address during payment process.

Thanks for responding. However, the goods were not delivered and my customer went to go and collect it himself. I have subsequently also spoken to Lerato who told me that an official complaint would be registered and that someone will call me in the next 2 hours (***). That was at 09:30 this morning and it is now 11:56, but as I told here I will not hold my breath because it never happens.
This is not the first time I have had bad service fro DHL Express and unfortunately, none of my comments have ever been taken seriously.
But then I guess we need to start voting with our wallet and even if it costs a bit more we need to support those who value our business and not hide behind call centers and catchy tunes while you are on hold for about 45min of a total 60min worth of calls. "Ain't no mountain high enough..." Marvin ***e should ask you to remove that from your system as it is going to give me a headache every time I hear it in the future. Not good publicity for a great artist.

DHL Express did nothing other than clear customs. No delivery to the final or amended address was made so I'm expecting a credit as an incomplete service was delivered for which I had to pay in advance.
