DHL EXPRESS NOT ATTENDING TO CUSTOM STOPS PARCELS

First of all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DHL EXPRESS TO ANYONE IMPORTING GOODS INTO THE COUNTRY.<br> <br> I actually used DHL express for the first time thinking they were faster than my regular courier company (Aramex) which always handle shipments with precision and speed. However my two shipments were stopped by Customs which normal practice. I was requested to provide proof of payment for the two shipments and their accompanying invoices. Of which i did. From day one no one was calling me nor updating me on what is happening. Enos Rakoma who is the customs stop controller and reaponsible for my shioment kept on telling me there is nothing he can do since we are dealing with customs. I dont think that is how business is done. We would not be paying DHL expensive shipping if there was nothing they can do. Untill today which is 14 days after my shipment was stopped i havent received my shipment. I had to call and wait for 14min until Enos Rakoma answered my call and told me again there was nothing he can do. I mean that is not what i expected. Custom stops only take maxinum 4 days to be released when all documentation are submitted. All i need is for my shipment to be released and delivered.
