DHL Express - no sense of urgency

<p>DHL used to provide great service incl. pre- clearing etc. I have a shipment coming from the US and decided to pay more for DHL Express, hopping for speedy delivery. The shipment arrived on Sunday, last feed back "Uncontrollable Clearance Delay". Everytime I follow up with DHL, I get the same story of Port Health has requested, Porth HEalth will inspect. ETA is always tomorrow, but somebody will contact me later today. Needless to say, if I don't call and ask followup nobody does. I could have saved and use one of the competitors, they offer teh same s#$t service, but cost 20% less. AWB: ********** 064</p>
