DHL Express needs better management.

This is the second time exactly the same thing is happening to me. DHL Express promises to deliver a package at a certain time, only not to pitch. The only delivery adress I can give is my home adress, and I had to cancel 2 meetings to be at home today to recieve the parcel. First, they tried to deliver the parcel this morning at 8 o'clock, but according to their online tracking the parcel was only supposed to be delivered tomorrow afternoon. So obviously I didn't make a plan to be hom this morning. I called the customer help line this morning at 10 to hear when the delivery can take place again, only to be PROMISED that the delivery will happen between 14h00 and 17h00 today. I made sure to reiterate that they have on a previous occasion promised delivery, and didn't pitch. They WILL deliver today, I was told. Why am I not surprised they didn't deliver? Because DHL is completely unorganised, and I dispise working with them.
