DHL Express is shocking
Do not use DHL express - their staff is inefficient and they do not get back to you. They do not have the decency to return calls or follow up. Have a shipment now that has been outstanding for 3 weeks. SHOCKING

I would like to sincerely apologise about the way your currently feel in regards to the shocking service you received form DHL.I can assure you that this is not the type of service that we pride ourselves in and once I get all the details relating to your complaint I will ensure that this is addressed internally
May you please give me a chance to restore your faith in DHL by proving me with your waybill or reference number so that I can look into your complaint.
