DHL Express is absolute ***!!

I have a parcel that should have been delivered since August 24th 2020 through DHL Express. And till date I haven’t been able to get any specific information on the status of my delivery even after making a ridiculous payment for Tax/Import Duty. I have been Back and forth with the customer care for over 3 days now, spending over 2hrs in total on the phone and even visited the branch. Everyone I have spoken to has had something entirely different to say about my parcel. This is so disgusting and frustrating! The contents of my parcel are supposed to be used for an important purpose today! And I can’t even get hold of any relevant information! I am so furious and agitated! Why would you charge 20GBP for express delivery and have me going through all these trouble! This is absolute BULL****!!
