DHL express is a complete joke . DO NOT USE DHL for international parcels
Its now been 4 weeks and 2 days and still DHL has not delivered my parcel. All fees for delivery and customs fees have been paid 3 weeks ago and yet no parcel. This company is a complete joke and these process is extremely poor. Do Not use DHL for any international parcels.
There are 28 update status events on my parcel tracking and it still says clearing customs inspection ! ***
Mulondi Dzebu was suppose to contact me at 11am this mornign to give me and update but no call . GUGU Mngomezulu from dhl express was also suppose to contact me this morning but no call. DHL does not put the customer first and all they do is lie and hide away from customers.
When will this be resolved.

Your voucher of correction has been concluded and have begun writing off the penalty that customs have made you liable of. Currently we have resubmitted to the file to customs. Currently we are awaiting on customs to provide us with a response pertaining to the submission based on the release of your shipment.
Kindly note that you will be contact prior to 1PM by Gugu to advise you on the progress of the status as prior advised.
