Dhl express incompentancy
Very adiment about vat and handling charge when requesting payment.. But when coming to delivery EMPTY EMPTY promises. Goods were to be sent to Isando branch by 2pm friday for collection as it is closer to me and i am critical ill. 3pm me arriving at Isando branch the goods were not there. 4:30 pm i had to call them again.. Now they claimed the goods were delivered to a guy called Shepard. . I do not know a guy called Shepard ...
I want my money back and claim forms for lost of parcell...
