DHL Express Failure
I am posting this message on behalf of my significant other and family: Extremely disappointed with @DHL Express. Paid for premium Express shipping, yet my urgent package *** has been stuck in customs for 17 DAYS (20 days total transit). My expectations are that for a paid premium service, urgent escalations, interventions and resolutions are a package deal. Standard support is unhelpful. @John Pearson @Hennie Heymans, is this the level of service DHL stands for? #logisticsfailure
