DHL express(!) disappointing

i am waiting for a parcel to be delivered. it was sent express at much cost. it was supposed to be delivered last friday, but i rescheduled delivery to today monday 5 august. it hasnt arrived. the tracking info says it was handed to a 3rd party on friday morning. so ostensibly, delivery today should be effortless. i called DHL office at cape town airport at 4:20pm today. Tsidi (who was helpful during my call) told me she would call me back in 5 minutes, since no-one at the 3rd party was answering her call. it's now after 6pm and i am none the wiser (she didnt call me back. ) this is very frustrating. i paid a lot for express delivery!
