DHL Express A TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DHL Express. You have totally failed in all forms of service excellence! A parcel of Christmas gifts arrived 23 December 2020 at your international depot. Today's date is 20 January 2021! To date we have been shoved from pillar to post although all documents and payments were in order. The standard refrain was to lay the blame at the door of SA Customs, notwithstanding the repeated requests for documents that have been submitted previously join more than one occasion. A further point of note is that we have had to converse with divisions of SA Customs ourselves as DHL omitted to do this. Surely the fees paid to DHL includes all the requirements for successful delivery of the parcel?
