DHL - excellent service
After the Embassy consultants mistakenly sent our passports containing the schengen visas from Joburg to Cape Town a day before our flight from OR Tambo to Germany, we were devastated.
With more than 10K in non-refundable plane and train tickets, a summer internship and a whole lot more on the line, things did not look great.
7 pm on the Friday night the passports were still in transit on their way somewhere between Cape Town and Joburg. All this with final delivery scheduled 3 days after the actual flight.
Enter Ntsoaki Qhala the DHL consultant sent from heaven to save the day. She located the parcel at 10pm on the Friday night and got it on the next flight to Johannesburg. She woke up before 6 am the Saturday morning to again locate the parcel and made sure that DHL delivers it before 11 am in order for us to make our flight.
Words cannot express our gratitude for her excellent service and going above and beyond.
Ntsoaki, you made us lifetime customers of DHL, thank you so much!
