DHL driver leaves without phoning
I do most of my shopping online and get courier parcels at least weekly. Never an issue except for when its coming from DHL. every single time i deal with DHL there is an issue.
Today i get an sms stating "Serv failed, no one was home. Arrange delivery" I am at home and no one phoned to inform they are here.
I phoned customer care and they respond that their driver never phone people.
We are in a complex and they only way in is if the residents open for you.
Every known courier phones us when at the gate except DHL.
I requested that they phone the driver to turn around.. Customer care said ohh sorry thats not possible the driver will only be back tomorrow.
Come on DHL

19 Jan 2021, 12:34This morning i was contacted by a very friendly lady who followed up on my complaint, I told her that all i want is my parcel to be delivered within the time slot i selected on the system for the new delivery time today. i selected the earliest time slot 08:00 to 12:30.
