DHL doesn't deliver

<p>On Tuesday 24 May I couriered via DHL a document that was needed urgently. I was promised it will arrive the next day. The following day the document had not reached the person it was sent to. On the morning of day 3 I.e. 26 May 2016, the person who was supposed to receive the document called DHL customer care to track its status She was then told that the document was delivered. The addresses and contact numbers of the sender and receiver was clearly marked. The question now is where and to whom did DHL deliver the document? As I write this message the document is not in possession of the person enlisted as a receiver. The closing date forwhich the document was needed for is Friday 27 May and the cost of missing this dealine is incalculable. There is only one person with that name, and one building with with that number in that institution, it is puzzling as to to this very moment the document has NOT reached the Inteded receipient. The tracking number of on gis kettrr is ZA ZEC *** from Duban to Mmabatho North West University.
