DHL does not deliver!

We have been waiting for 2 months for a parcel from the UK to be delivered. We have done everything requested of us, paid duties, submitted forms, made endless phone calls, I have written emails begging and pleading for clarity and SOME/ANY response from the contact person but the silence is deafening! I cannot afford to sit on the phone day after day listening to the dhl advertising soundtrack only to be transferred and eventually told that someone will get back to me which they NEVER do. <br> <br> What a massive disappointment from a company I had always felt a sense of confidence about.<br> <br>
