DHL DOES NOT CARE -EXTREME POOR SERVICE
<p>Waybill ********** 111 - Once again DHL gives extremely poor service. My parcel (a Christmas Gift to someone Special) was scheduled to be delivered on Monday 19 Dec in Bloemfontein, South Africa? This is not the 1st Time that I receive POOR SERVICE from these *********** fools! Needless to say it was not delivered. POOR POOR SERVICE and a Don't Care Attitude Rules! Your Company SUCKS big Time!!</p>

As discussed, our Bloemfontein depot had attempted delivery of your shipment on the 19/12/2016 to find that your premises had already closed for the Holidays.
Unfortunately the depot is closed for Christmas holidays and will only re-open on the 28/12/2016.
I will rely the instruction to the depot to contact you before we attempt delivery again on Wednesday to ensure delivery.
I sincerely apologise regarding the inconvenience .
I will follow up on this case on the 28/12/2016 to confirm delivery arrangements.
