DHL do not deliver
I've sent boxes from China to my son in Bronkhorstspruit, many months ago. The courier DHL in China told me it was snt by ship with a diffeent company (EMS?) and now in South Africa the courier claims he can't trace my son and the boxes will be send back to China.
My son is prepared to go and fetch the boxes, but I've changed phones and the Chinese DHL courier seem uninterested to furnish me again with the reference number of the boxes.
Please help. I am no longer in China and why would they wanna send it back? To whom?
Please help to trace this nightmare!

You have done the trouble to get me a tracking number and a telephone number, but this still leaves me with the problem that I now have to do your work as I left these boxes in DHL care and YOUR company received payment to transfer it to SA and YOUR appointed prsuncourier claimed he called my son. MY SON NEVERB RECEIVED ANY CALLS!!!!
This is highly unprofessional.
How do you expect me to trace myy own boxes after YOU RECEIVED payment to deliver it to my door in South Africa.
Without warning in a few days, your courier now claims it was send back to China because he called my son and no one answered??? You took his work, without investigating,
You wasted my money and my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
