DHL disorganised and being used for ****
DHL received a package for me with the wrong consignee address. To have it redirected, I had to email certified copies of ID and address, which I provided on 14 Feb. I've had calls from different people at DHL, making promises that they don't keep. I still do not have a clear confirmation of how I am to access this parcel. I have however been contacted by someone claiming to be from DHL, using my address, name and ID number, who turns out to be feeding into the 'Thabiso Thato' ***** ****.
