DHL Dishonesty

Be very careful when choosing your shipping partner on Aliexpress. I assumed that everything was in order when choosing DHL as the shipping company to deliver my goods. First they asked me for the invoice and banking purchase proof which I did. They then imposed penalties on my shipment due to the seller under valuing the item. They charged me 110% of the value of an electronic item. I turned to Aliexpress for assistance who in turn said that the customs fees are for the buyer, this is correct but not when the seller is dishonest. A few days after raising a dispute with Aliexpress DHL sent me another bill for a lower amount. DHL claimed that customs imposed penalties. How come 2 different amounts then if customs were making up the prices. It seems that the seller from Aliexpress and DHL were working together to get more money and the customer being me is powerless to do anything. Therefore I say be wary of your shipping partner. DHL is dishonest and so areAliexpress sellers.
