DHL DISGUSTING COURIER COMPANY

Phoned 3 days before my package was due to be delivered to update contact information, they "updated" it, then called the day after no update was done, updated it AGAIN, phoned today which is my delivery day, was told the number is updated and my item would be delivered, no delivery and they sited reason as not being able to contact me - phoned 3pm to ask what is going on, they explained the details of the new number was not sent to the delivery guys after CALLING AND UPDATING IT 3 DAYS IN A ROW, promised it was now updated and they would still deliver today - NO DELIVERY. Called to find out what is going on - same customer service person named Pearl who never updated the details says they can't contact the delivry people for capetown and her supervisor will call me DISGRACEFUL COMPANY contacting Amazon to tell the what a disgrace DHL IS. pathetic.
