DHL - Disgraceful service - BE AWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am a pensioner that rebuilds steam engine's. I order part from manufacturer in London delivered to my daughter in London.

So engaged DHL (BIG MISTAKE!!!!!) to courier the small parcel to me in Pretoria (South Africa.

The parcel was intercepted by customs 6 WEEKS ago - No reason given.

I have supp**** the original invoice >> • I have supp**** the packing list >> • I have supp**** my bank account showing my purchase amount.

DHL are unable/don't care/*********** to resolve this matter

No feed back is given as to why the parcel is stopped.
