DHL destroys package without telling me its ready to be collected

I had 2 orders from Pop fit clothing through DHL.

The second order came first, a note was delivered and I had to fetch it from the post office.

The first order there is not update, no delivery note, nobody telling me its ready for collection or an attempt to deliver. DHL tells me to contact Pop fit clothing and vic versa.

Pop fit clothing has informed me that the courier might have destroyed my package because it wasn't picked up, but nobody told me it needed to be collected or what I had to do. I assumed it was international and thats why it was taking so long. I kept checking the tracker.

I feel this is unacceptable and I want my package. DHL needs to take responsibility for this and Popfit needs to take responsibility for using DHL and not expect me to reorder!
